A National Training Event:
Transcervical Fibroid Ablation with the Sonata System

For attendees arriving the evening before the training event, an opportunity for hands-on simulation will start at 7pm. Dinner with the faculty will be held at 8pm.

Requirements to Attend:

Practicing gynecologic surgeons interested in learning more about Transcervical Fibroid Ablation with the Sonata System. Attendees are expected to attend the entire educational event. Space is limited to a maximum capacity of 20.

Travel, Meals & Lodging:

Gynesonics covers reasonable and pre-approved expenses for qualified Health Care Professionals to attend this non-CME product training and education event. Approved expenses may include reasonable airfare, hotel and ground transportation in connection with the event. In accordance with the requirements of the federal Physician Payments Sunshine Law, Gynesonics will report to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) the value of any airfare, hotel, ground transportation and meals provided to you in connection with this event. Additionally, if you are licensed in any state that limits or prohibits meals from medical device companies, please identify yourself. In keeping with our commitment to adhere to the AdvaMed Code, Gynesonics policy and laws governing interactions with health care providers, we will not be hosting spouses or guests at this event.
